Billing and InsuranceWe participate in a large number of insurance programs. We accept cash, check or Visa and MasterCard as payment methods. Referrals and preauthorization Please provide patients you refer to our practice with the necessary referrals needed for their insurance carrier. Our staff will assist the patient in obtaining any necessary preauthorization.
